A quick note on LLCs: If they are single member LLCs, then they can be classified as disregarded entities and then you don't need to file separate tax returns.Also talk to a lawyer about the correct way to deed to the LLC.

As @Ashish Acharya pointed out, by default, an LLC is disregarded as a separate entity form its owner, if it has only one owner, which based on your post I assume is the case.
