Would be great to get some meet ups in motion!

You still may get sued, but then would at least be mitigating your damages and setting yourself up for a successful motion for summary judgment / disposition.

Does anyone know the process to put this in to motion?  

Show up to work every day in the required uniform. 

We have lights and motion sensor cameras and we're going to put up some more signage to make it abundantly clear that "you are on camera."

If you have any questions I can try to answer, not a pro investor by any means but just going through the motions building up my portfolio. 

I figure if my investments are all in one place and in one standard that'll keep actions uniform and therefore saving time and money. 

It is so hard to watch my good friend not only have to deal with significant health problems alone but see how they have gone from a dynamic, resilient, wicked smart person managing 5 properties AND holding down a 30-40 hour a week full-time job to sustaining an accident and having their life fall apart like a slow-motion train wreck. 2 of the properties in their portfolio had to be sold just to get $ to live off of. 

All you have to do is to put a plan in motion and get started, the rest will come organically!
