I trust Broaddus Construction but I would not rate them great at each of you criteria:- Good rates: B+- Professional Attitude: B- Quality work: B+ (Most things A but a few things C)- Quick turnaround: D+ (typically it is him and one helper doing the work and he prefers to not work long days)My own criteria: Trustworthy: A+.

To answer your questions about "me"- I don't need to drive by the rental frequently, as long as there is a camera that can record the progress and the people (GC, REA, etc) supporting the effort are trustworthy and reliable, I am OK with being at a distance.
