Hi Everyone,

I am an investor from New York City living in San Diego and investing in Dayton Ohio. I am closing on my first BRRRR deal on a SFH and plan to move into MFHs. I have spoken to a few people in the Dayton market but would love to hear from more and learn about your goals.

Looking forward to speaking,

John

Hey John, nice to meet you. I've been investing in Dayton for the past 2-3 years from out of state in Arizona. Congrats on the first BRRR deal! As I'm sure you know, ensure you have a solid team in place with trustworthy boots on the ground. Good luck on your endeavors and let me know if you want to connect at any point in the future.
