Plus there are colleges around here, STR attractions, growing population and jobs, sports teams, etc.

Growing your network and Agent business is definitely a contact sport.

The first and most obvious would be the parents of Tech students and/or alumni that visit the university for sporting events.

Close to Medical Campus, Arizona State Univ and pro sports arenas How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was born and raised in the Roseburg area, and would go to K-Falls for sporting events etc.

Indianapolis is the sports capital of the country and also has a very strong convention business.

Orlando for example get lots of tourist groups that rent multiple homes at once or youth sports leagues coming for tournaments or foreign families that bring multi generations, so big homes do very well here, the smaller ones far outnumber the large ones and the ADR is very competitive. 

@Zeb B.Hey,I would look into the university’s sport schedule and the popularity of their are football and basketball programs (especially homecoming).
