(ok, tenants aren't all bad... )But, you'll have expenses like fixing Ac's, repainting, carpet, etc...And of course vacancies...Plus, we are current in a market where rents their are plenty of houses to rent...So, competition is fierce and you are competing against landlords that have rentals free and clear and can lower rents to keep them rented....Taxes always seem to rise...
