It's the sort of place most people choose for the incredible outdoor activities and communities.

Incendiary downtown would be a good spot anytime, they have outdoor seating as well.

The PA PUC is trying to have all utility meters move to outdoor access; no more meter readers having to go inside, shut off doesn't require any cooperation, etc -  they have a number of justifications.So if you must have a second meter, they will want it outside of the house.

Unlike a TV or an outdoor  Grill or a hot tub,  A/C during heat wave is not an option.
