I think the Field Foods aspect is a big plus as currently residents would have to drive to Richmond Heights, Maplewood, or Southwest Garden to get to a Schnucks or Shop'n Save.

Being a real estate agent on the side, or a wholesaler on the side, etc, rarely works out as those are jobs, not hobbies, and you'd be hard pressed to be competitive if you're only working a fraction of the hours a full-time agent would be, for example.I'm a fan of buy and hold, personally, and it's a great way to get your hands into a lot of aspects related to REI.

I understand that ultimately, the responsibility falls with me...but I also wanted to reach out and see if anyone has a perspective or strategic approach to rectifying this manner. 1) Connect pipe (50ft) - not overly concerned with this aspect. 2) Clean up and have restoration company undo the damage - mildly concerned and expect a few thousand dollars fee (who pays?)
