I am in Pensacola and looking to invest/collaborate with like minded people in the area.

I felt that having additional physicians to collaborate would really pay dividends in the future...more on this later.

My GC, that I have used on multiple properties and has been great, is not licensed in CoP, so trying to find a work around to pull the elec/plumbing permits and have my guy do the work and/or collaborate on the work.

But I know so many BPers who are investors that are getting licensed, and after reading all the posts from people wondering where to hang their license I'm thinking about creating someplace designed for the licensed investor.I think there's some great opportunity for shared resources and collaboration that could make us all more successful.

The collaborative effort and the accountability of working with a like minded individual is immense.

We have two uniquely different perspectives but at the same time we are both adopting a collaborative mentality in order to share these unique perspectives.

There are reasons why people get paid $200,000 to put together a syndication, maybe 1 person in 50,000 is really good enough at all the moving pieces and parts to make it happen.Full disclosure: I have not syndicated a deal myself, but I do my own deals with private money, and I also have two other guys with whom I regularly collaborate who do syndicate and who have solicited my funding in the past.
