@Colleen Carey you will probably get a lot of mixed reactions to this, but in my opinion, the way the residential loans work, always go with the 30 year option.

Depending on your goals, my initial reaction is to just tell you to get a good paying job out of school.

Just learn from the mistakes and fear can be positive reaction.
