I'm an IT Specialist, an Army veteran, and I am ready to take massive action to enter the world of Real Estate Investing!!

I used the Army College Fund and worked part time during college.After moving to a nicer home and making my first original residence a rental in 2005, (which I still own) I started buying rentals in 2006.

@Josh Hurles I think I may be absent for that one unfortunately due to drill for the Army, but I'm at 95% of those meet ups and Willie (the host) is great!

While transitioning out of the army I purchased my first home in 2010.

My wife is in the Army so we do not have to pay for housing expenses.
