I'm new and haven't bought a property yet but I've just been sitting looking at the inventory and rentals are indeed a hot commodity but it doesn't seem like house flipping is really good for our market...

Now I've just got to get through this deployment and get back stateside and get my investing started!

I’ve just been trying to learn more and more about this market and you’re right there are definitely some rough areas like grace tuxedo, englewood, haughville, but i think there are still good long term investment areas in the places I just mentioned
