One night I found myself at a party trying to impress a girl with the fact that I was a business owner and was doing well.

I moved from Vancouver to northern New Jersey three years ago after marrying my beautiful Jersey girl (whom I met in a swimming pool in Las Vegas).I got my real estate license in Canada ten years ago because I wanted to get into flipping.

As the father of 2 young girls with a recent obsession with My Little Pony I can assure you that Unicorns and Pegasi are not the same.  

I have always remembered this girl I went to school with she and her parents lived in some apartments close to my grade school.

It's a long story but my girl and I are in a situation where she can get student loans but yet since I work at the University she get's the tuition discount I get....worth the interest rate on the student loan to get another rental property?

Its a good thing that the girl steps in at the end to save the other tough guy from being dealt with as well.

If I produce and market a crappy product, posters will complain, vocalize their dissatisfaction here and hopefully protect others by discouraging them from supporting the a Dream Merchants.Are you old enough to remember Tom Vu's TV commercials with bikini clad girls and his compelling pitch, "You stupid if you no buy my real estate course!"
