@Kenneth Garrett if the case is dragging, I’ll generaly file a motion for use and occupancy so that I can collect rent from the tenant on my clients behalf.

You could just go thru the motions of filing it out until you get to that point and see if it tells your guy what to put.

Also with job sit cameras I think they alert you when there is motion.

I did not care for the arlo that works on cell phone service as there was too much time delay before the motion triggered recording started.
