STR/MTR - Give tenants access to Ring Doorbell or other cameras?

Does anyone in the short-term/medium-term space ever give tenants access to camera doorbell or other cameras you may have? I'm considering it as an added sense of security, etc. 

If so, how did you do it? What devices/software? What extras did you put in the lease agreement?

@Richard Ebel  mid term space definitely. You can just add them on and delete when they are gone. Short term I would not bother.
