Seems like a special write up or abreiviated pod cast on this subject that Nick is offering would be a very big value add.and while we are at it we could do one on FAKE LENDERS as well..

There is no law that a lender have a loan modification program but there is a law that if they have one, it must be decisioned within 30 days of submission of a substantially complete loan mod package AND, if the borrower is denied a loan mod, the reason must be specifically stated.over 70% of all real estate loans (Over 90% back in 2012!) 

For the past 6 months I have been educating myself as much as possible by spending any amount of free time I have reading books, listening to pod casts, and exploring the blog/forum posts on the BP website.

In order to squeeze out some more revenue from the basement, me and my partner are considering adding storage units/pods to offer our tenants.

There was a point in the most recent BP pod where Michael "Swanny" Swan described my life almost exactly when he talked about his $500k condo in San Diego that he didn't sell before the last crash, and how he learned his lesson.

@Tommy Barone the loan mod you did in 2007 should be at a lower rate.  

Or is it better to pack the contents into a pod and ship to a different state or area for possibly a better auction turn out?
