I've been in the army for 13 years and have owned several properties and rented to other military and haven't had any issues with any restrictions.

Right of way setbacks, landscaping requirements, soil erosion plans, dirt permits, soil compaction, Indian survey, protected Gila monster survey or brown bats,  etc etc etc.                        

I’m a len-der licensed in Texas, real estate invested, and am an active duty Army Veteran of 9 years.

I am currently still on Active Duty in the US Army, and have been placed on assignment to San Jose, California for recruiting duty (blah).
