I pay my cable bill every month but I hate my cable provider and think they provide bad service.

Especially, if when you look at their credit, if they have collections for small amounts of money for utility bills, like their cable or telephone bill. 

The guy charges $600 a month, but there is no washer/dryer, no cable, no internet, no utensils or linens. 

But, for more accurate advice, I think people need to know at least what state you're in, how much road needs to be cut, do trees need to be cut down, well, septic, all city utilities, how far would electricity need to be run from the existing road, same for TV cable, how much road needs to be cut and graveled, what do the permits cost for that area (you can call the building department to find out costs and fees, if you can't find that info online).

Does anyone know what kind of costs are associated with the move, ie. cables, wires, law enforcement?

For me, I used to struggle to remember which property to assign that plumber's bill to, and which cable bill went to which property, and all that goes away when you create accounts per property.

We will assume the mortgage is due on the first, and all other bills, (credit card, utilities, cable tv ect) are all due on the 20th. 

Mentioning a washer/dryer and full kitchen in a furnished house is about 90% of what it takes me to rent out an STR of mine. 8% is cable/wifi.
