But, for more accurate advice, I think people need to know at least what state you're in, how much road needs to be cut, do trees need to be cut down, well, septic, all city utilities, how far would electricity need to be run from the existing road, same for TV cable, how much road needs to be cut and graveled, what do the permits cost for that area (you can call the building department to find out costs and fees, if you can't find that info online).

Mentioning a washer/dryer and full kitchen in a furnished house is about 90% of what it takes me to rent out an STR of mine. 8% is cable/wifi.
