If I were you, I would split the money into two parts and use one part for a downpay for a house and get a feeling of what real estate investment taste like first and then decide.

I think I have taste and decent design skills but it just doesn't matter! 

A buyer won't say lack of cabinet space is a deal-breaker near as many times as no dishwasher can leave a bad taste in their mouth. 

Allowing animals that actually are serving as pets, but calling them support animals in the name of almost any disability is just too broad for my taste.

Everyone will have a different opinion and a reason they are right, but it all depends on your taste.

I guess it's just different tastes.

In our local area, we have fruit packing house tours, four or five of the 21 California Missions are within an hours drive, visiting wine country and all the tasting rooms to our north (use a designated driver, please), there is Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park......All of the above are just the things in the United States.
