Definitely my taste in style.

Then someone posts a nasty comment and things go downhill for the whole account VERY fast.IMO, there's more dirty laundry than I care to manage and more CON than pro for my taste. 

So theres room for a shadow who could get a taste of the whole process but no money to pay someone who's not bringing hard skill to the table. 

The manager is awesome and always stashes ones he knows are great tasting and inexpensive.

What a horrible experience and sucks that it put a bad taste in your mouth for private passive lending.

After you get a taste for the business it does help with commissions and getting access to properties.
