I'm not sure... as Baltimore has such distinct neighborhoods that abut each other.Your point is well taken about the different building styles.

You have a distinct advantage here, in that you are trying to purchase in a complex where the properties are similar, so you will know what the average sold price is and the average rents are.

Fair warning - there is a distinct difference in protection between single and multi-member LLCs in a variety of jurisdictions, so make sure you understand what you'll be protected against and what risks are still there.
