Ask yourself this; would you like your "tenant" to come knocking on your door during a Easter or Christmas dinner to tell you they're toilet is backed up, heater isn't working, hot water doesn't come, burner on stove is out, etc?

I still fly out once a quarter because I am a little bit of a control freak and I like to take them out to dinner after the projects for that quarter are complete as a thank you and develop both a personal professional relationship with them.The big thing I want to make sure is that they know I am not taking advantage of them and what they are doing for me is greatly appreciated and that as long as they help me grow I will do everything I can to help them grow as well.
