Sure learning how to read a map will take longer, but you can then get yourself to any destination with little help. 

There are plenty of newbies that are destined to fail that will take those deals and there is no reason for you or I to join them.

It also has destination attractions such as the world-renown Colorado Mountain Winefest and brings in people from neighboring states for events at Las Colonias Ampitheatre.  

Is there such a thing as a commercial loan for vacation destinations? 

In fact one winter they had their guys on the roof shoveling off the 3 foot of snow we had.We currently have it on a 4 year lease to a military officer stationed here with an option to provide it for future personnel destined to be stationed here.So for us it has been a very positive & rewarding experience

I currently live in Navarre, FL which is a beach town 30mins west of Destin, FL.

Buyers think it looks great...but they're just destined to have to gut the place in a few years once the water finds its way in again. 

Now if I live in a resort type community...built around some destination or attraction, then it comes with the territory.
