@Crystal Smith 1- This might be a stupid question, but isn't private money typically more expensive then the fed?

Gives a little rougher footing for traction and the darker color absorbs heat and melts the ice at higher temperatures.Normally we use Coarse Salt crystals or Solar salt. 

Do either of you have a guess from your crystal balls about when we'll see the downward trend start?

If you can get in early/now I'd guess you'll be in a great spot 5 years down the road, but unfortunately I need new batteries for my crystal ball so I don't know for sure.....

Which is why we need to know as much as your CPA does for a good advice.Working as a recruiter and a showing assistant does not really let you play the game that @Ashish Acharya described - because all of your compensation is essentially compensation for your personal services.Flipping can allow this game, however 95% of new flippers lose money instead of making money, after all expenses are taken into consideration.Need a lot more information and a crystal ball.
