Being as though I only have one rental property under my belt, I decided to ask the BP community for help.She eventually wants to do fix and flip deals in the Philadelphia area but as of now she only has about $10k in liquid assets but does have a good credit score and is very eager to get into real estate investing.Any ideas or suggestions on what she can possibly do now to get into real estate investing which can bring her some capital to help her reach her goal of doing fix and flips in the future?

James I really wanted to comment on threads like this that I see all the time but being so new to the forums and with only 1 rental property under my belt I felt it wasn't my place.
