Hey Preston,The agents of the whole want to protect the 6% "standard" commission because it's been under attack by iBuyers and other legal battles as information becomes more available for home buyers and sellers. 

I'm sure you feel attacked by some of the comments here but I don't think that is anyone's intention...some of the responders are just very direct.  

We even use scented room sprays before showings so that ALL the buyers senses are attacked as they go through.

Also, like any asset protection system, it needs to be implemented before you are under attack or expected to be under attack.

There are 1,000's of ways to respond to an attacker but FEW are effective until you learn to control your fear.
