You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

These families drive nice cars, take vacations, go out to dinner multiple times a week, have name brand clothing and the list goes on.

I think we might be cut from the same cloth. :-)   I didn't want to say anything there... too strong of opinions.

You walk in and clothing store after clothing store.

The inspector took a soot tack cloth and showed me where the smoke had risen up into the attic through the ceiling fan port, and then that soot has then settled in the ceiling fans in the other rooms.

Some get into gambling  drugs  Girls and the Women who do this its usually jewels trips cloths cars etc..

While full disclosure has a risk, this gal has already been kicked out and apparently was not even allowed to get her clothes or possessions, the water heater would not be hers if it was attached to the real property nor would any improvements she made to it.
