Way to lock it up fast and strike while the iron was hot.

I can, and have been, selling other properties on my signature alone.This strikes me as particularly odd since I cannot legally have a TX homestead in the state as I've never resided there. 

That gives us our "Strike Price", which is the highest we will pay for a property.

A little update for everyone.I went to the Clerk of Courts this morning to file the default package and they tell me the tenant deposited $900 into the court and I have to file a Motion and Order to strike.

When a claim comes in, do you want the strike against your policy or theirs?
