HELOC or Sell (+$400k equity)
Hello there. Looking for some feedback on an opportunity that I have here. I own a home here in San Diego and within 3 years of purchasing it the value of the home has increased over $400k in value. When I purchased it I was able to lock in a 2.3 interest rate, but I'm considering selling and using the equity for multi-family home investing to start some cash flow (looking to purchase an apartment complex that will cap rate ~10%)..Or other case scenario, would it be better to take out a HELOC?
