Too much headache for me to deal with those games and crap on a daily basis.For the water company the meter should not keep spinning once the water is off at the main.

It is stressful and requires a lot of plates to stay spinning but it can be done.

It's rare that you find A & B properties fully occupied spinning off good cash flow that you get an extremely good deal on.

You give up all rights to the property but you're still on the hook for the loans.If I were the private lender in this scenario and you did this I would foreclose so fast it would make your head spin.

You can spin it anyway you want, and I’ll agree it wasn’t phrased as well as it could have been, but the rudeness just isn’t called for.
