You don't use a hammer to screw something into the wall, instead you use a screwdriver for that (that's about how much rehab knowledge I have in total in that one sentence.)3.

@Ryan Reddy While I do not think you need to swing the hammer, I do think it is important to have a working knowledge of why or how someone is doing something.

Not a big carpet fan, but if already in place and serviceable, here are a few steps I have tried:1) I have had some luck with sprinkling in the Arm and Hammer (big Costco bag) in the carpet, then brushing it in with a stiff broom (gets dusty so wear a mask).

Why not just hammer-swing your own projects into an empire of cash flowing properties.Then if you want to sit in the warm McDonald's sipping coffee all morning because it's cold and raining that day--your time is your own.Nice job making a quirky looking house much prettier, much more curb appeal. 

Office always gets hammered except in very rare highly constrained markets with intense demand and limited supply.Even medical office which I like we are focused on very strong operators.
