He enters the room, gets behind the bench and before he even sits down, he speaks directly to the tenants in the room with something like, "if you have not paid your rent, for any reason, you are wrong..."

I find that handwashing pots and pans is usually a requirement either way because a dishwasher doesn't clean them well enough.

So people can take the pot shots but they got to be ready to perform and go the long haul.

The money you put in the pot for every hand you lost, is just in a different pile on the table. 

For example, an agent lacking their own portfolio is going to hype a house with a large beautiful back yard with awesome landscaping not knowing that a renter doesn't want to spend an hour mowing the yard, and will certainly neglect all the beautifully arranged tiered flower pots resting comfortably next to the 14 foot arbor adjacent to the small pond near the back fence. 

The added layers of 'team' mean hands in the pot. 

The house was a horror; filthy, roaches literally everywhere, a kerosene pot-burner heater in the floor - no fan: just a big grate in the floor, everything in the house was sticky, and there were dead bugs and dusty spider webs in the bathtub.I refused to work there and told her to call somebody else.

It's expensive, but they have some great seafood dishes, including an amazing tuna tartar and a lobster pot pie that is fantastic.

I would like to know how many visits other agents are averaging per month, so that I can have a bench mark to see how I am doing.
