Executors job is to maximize the estate not TAKE FROM it  kind of wild you would not know the moral issue here and we know there is a lot of moral issues with wholesalers :)

Basically I have half a million dollars that I can't do anything with and if I sell it, it would have to be a cash buyer or I would have to owner finance.So moral of the story is know the rules with condo financing especially if they are not owner occupied.Very long day and very hard lesson :(

If I'm backing out, it's going to be within two weeks and then I can do a flex option.Those same people on their high horse (which has been beaten to death) have no problem buying someone's home for 50% of its value so let's not kid ourselves as to the superior moral standards of an anti-wholesaler "real buyer".

Mocho talk, but no substance in reality.It's not that Dems try to break business so much as business tries to get away with soooo much in the first place, called greed, and if we had the business attitudes and morale compass say of 1985, while the people would still be getting screwed over, the main thrust of such business would not be to cheat a dollar out of people and let them eat cake!
