Hey @Evan Liu- take a look at Boise- it's a one hour, $80 flight from Seattle and is the fastest growing and highest appreciating market in the country.

Louis due to some family friend connections and cheap flights to check on properties and wondered if I should be looking there. 

Yes it’s at a downturn now and there is some flight, but that will blow over in 1-2 years, and young folks will return en mass.

There's something in driving distance that works and you can run into lots of issues dealing with properties that are a long flight from you.

I may have mis phrased Wayze Gretzsky but you get my point.Find cities that are below the median price point(national), growing in population, favorable landlord laws, and are ideally a direct flight from major cities.

In my 30's, I was an infantry medic, a flight paramedic, an ER nurse, and now a Trauma Surgery ICU RN at 40. 

Its kind of like when the airlines delay your flight, but have no idea when the new departure time will be so they just keep adding 30 minutes.

Regardless of the right answer to that debate for me, why the heck don't a go ahead and form my LLC so I can write off all these business expenses (internet, gas, phone, flights, etc).
