Hi all,I was wondering if anybody can give me a qualified answer to the following:When searching on internet data bases- (for example Zillow, Trulia, Street Easy and others) their is usually a square footage given for the unit.The question is regarding co-ops or multi family units,-  is this figure net or gross. ?

There are attorneys on the internet suggesting using Trusts or different family members, but I disagree as Dodd-Frank clearly states that any scheme employed to circumvent the intent of the Act will be a covered transaction.

I think I will concentrate on getting the deals right now and market to those buyers as well as blasting deals on the local Meetup.

My "day job" is running tech (mostly software dev) for an internet startup, but I'm realizing that I'm not a city guy and all of the demand for my tech leadership skills force me to be in New York City.

Again, that becomes fairly state concentric.

I own and operate an internet advertising agency and I think I see a niche where my agency's skills could be profitably employed. 

It was because neither had home computers or internet but preferred email style communication.  

@Chad Castanino Welcome.You should save everything you can (Cash is King).Concentrate on all the information that's on your radar for your niche (i.e. if you're going to do Flips, focus on flips and the paperwork for them, you can do Auctions, Multi families, etc later).And don't forget "all that glitters is not gold" (only about half the information here is accurate;-(
