One thing we never lost was culture, we are seeing a massive renaissance in our communities across the entire Greater Cleveland Area.Yes, we have amazing infrastructure stretching from anchor facilities such as major medical systems with integrated learning and university elements, public transportation, family friendly, arts, sciences, manufacturing, easy highway access, coastal neighborhoods, new modernized port facilities, mining, fortune 500 companies and much much more.  

Talk about a culture shock!!  

Some of our tenants are not literate in the English language, so those move-ins can take longer as we navigate language/cultural differences.

The city is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies, leading healthcare and research institutions, and a thriving art and cultural scene.

Like the ones i have owned over the years.. we just had like minded top producing agents that came to us after already established and did not want to work in the corporate culture anymore and short of starting their own gig  would come to a firm like ours.. mainly all builder developer flippers  investment property guys/gals

So if I set myself up to be an elite property manager, I figure I have two exit strategies, either just train people to do it for me under my own company, and hold them to my same cultural and productivity standards....or if I do go with another company I'll be able to confidently pick a fellow elite manager to do so.  

@Max Alford I think this is a really interesting question (and more complex than it might seem at first glance).A car can say a lot about a person (both good and bad), and there are a whole variety of car cultures that all have different traits.Weirdly, a car that's perfect for one realtor might be bad for another realtor, because a single car elicits different reactions in different contexts.For instance, if you show up in a Ferrari to show me (an investor) a standard $300k 1500 sq ft 3/2 in a C-class area, I'll think your car is totally out of place, and it will throw up tons of red flags.
