Hi All,

I've spent the past couple of weeks reading through most of the site and I feel like I've gotten to know many of you pretty well. You can't say the same about me, though, so I think it's time I introduce myself!

Back in the '90s I did a bit of RE investing (details in my profile if you're interested) before moving on to co-found a small enterprise software company which I exited a couple of years ago. I'm ready to get back into RE investing and I've been thrilled to find this site. Great, friendly folks, good questions that actually get answered, no associated sales pitch and a welcome no-nonsense, professional tone.

Joshua, you've done a great job creating and maintaining the culture of BP - not an easy task on the internet by any means. I'm impressed.

I look forward to joining the community on a more active basis. See you all around!
