@Cameron Riley I noticed you didn’t mention mastermind groups which were, by far, the most instrumental for my business to be where it is.

Not sure if my direction fits but I'd like to launch a Mastermind type group here in the East Valley.

Almost a mastermind group.

For those that left early and those that were unable to attend, I run a monthly Commercial Real Estate Investors Mastermind in Woodland Hills.

Oh and since you said you might be looking in Southern NH I'd also say look into going to the NH RE Mastermind meeting in Nashua (it is about 15 min farther up Rt3 as the Chelmsford meeting so if that commute doesn't bother you Nashua shouldn't either). 

I was on a monthly mastermind zoom meeting and one of the members is a Broker in SF.. 

Whether or not he was the actual mastermind or just a hapless wingman isn’t that important and definitely doesn’t absolve him of guilt.
