We offer a large general meeting event the first Saturday of the month (guests are free to their first meeting) and throughout the month we offer Monday Night Workshops (topic chosen by members), Focus Groups (Commercial, Women in Real Estate, Mobile Homes, Notes, Mineral Rights, etc.) as well as additional classes for extra fees (Wholesaling, Funding your deals, real estate contracts, RE accounting, etc.).

That led me to attending some workshops in my area which allowed me to network with both seasoned and new investors like myself and really focus on self education.My main focus is on learning how to wholesale properties that would then sometime in the future allow me to move to a buy and hold strategy and build my real estate portfolio.

Ray rarely speaks publicly but if you do get the chance to meet him you will be bowled over with his knowledge and interest in helping others.I am an owner of the guide and have spent time with Ray over the last 2-3 years (we both attend the Lenders Workshop where I moderate the evening and he is one of the panel reviewing the deals presented by the attendees).I have no stake in Ray's course or in his business.

Trying to do this sort of business without knowledge of that law will get the wholesaler into deep doo doo.If I was going to do one of these workshops, I would take the one our REIA puts on periodically.
