In a saturated market with high traffic, the play is to create properties that are decorated and themed extremely well so they will pop out online.

This growth, driven by factors like retirees, job opportunities, and a desirable climate, increases demand for rental properties.Tourism: Florida is a major tourist destination, with attractions like theme parks, beaches, and cultural events drawing millions of visitors each year.

Probably low traffic for most churches...maybe Wed night and Sunday morning. 

In Orlando, you have the opportunity to drive appreciation by buying a poorly performing, underdecorated STR at and drive appreciation by transforming it to a highly themed, well decorated property which books well.

I'd love to see full picture context of inventory in other markets like I have here, I bet ya it's a common theme....

I would also consider what is your target audience, is it bachelorette parties, wedding guests, wine tour guests, casino goers, etc?
