If this is her one and only path to happiness (which I would highly question, unless she has spent considerable time shadowing NDs, spending time in clinics volunteering, has experience in that vein, etc...), then it is necessary for her to realize this dream is not possible right now.

I can't see why they would call me without me giving a reason  and the funeral home would have asked if I didn't volunteer the info and lying is out......there is no probate in the county Navajo where the land is nor the county Maricopa where he last lived and instructions say to find the heirs and also in the case of being unable to locate someone to attempt to talk to relatives.

I would definitely recommend reaching out to other agents in your office and volunteering to help with some of their more menial tasks (things like attending appraisals, inspections, open houses, etc)It's hard to portray yourself as an expert to a prospective client when you've never been involved in a deal, but if you can fast track that a bit by riding piggy back on someone else's it will accelerate you and help build that comfort and experience.
