I successfully eliminated all types of crawling pests larger than an ant from a duplex we own by physically sealing all holes that I found with caulk or even that nasty yellow gap filler stuff for larger areas. 

I assume a simple short message on legal pad yellow paper in an envelope would do it, but what about postage?

My question is I'd like to get some opinions on whether it's a good idea or not to invest in rental properties that  on Trulia for example are in the yellow for crime.  

It has a sort of puke yellow paint on the outside.

I'm just starting to do direct mail. on my yellow letter I added a google voice number. so now I have a problem with google voice phone not ringing and not letting me set a voicemail greeting. so im looking for a company or app that would give me a number and forward it to my personal number an also will allow my callers to leave a vm. any advice or opinions??
