Hey y’all I’m in Utah county and I work for vivint as an Alarm tech so I install the smart security systems.

After doing some research on the ‘director,’ Kory, he’s actually just a freelance/self-employed salesman based in Utah… I should have sniffed it out earlier in the process than I did because even in the 1stinterview, some of the early questions from the screener included how much money I make, how much I have in my bank accounts, my credit score, how much credit card debt I have, and what my credit card limits are…I was then asked if I was willing to ‘leverage my credit’ aka max out my credit cards to be successful.

I'd assume he can do that as well for you in UT.

That study was done by UT Center for Business and Economic Research.

With the I-40/75 split we have here there is a lot of manufacturing and shipping in and out of the area, with Oak Ridge we have a lot of technology in the area, and of course being the base for UT we have a lot of students and family moving to the area.

I live in Utah and have been doing flips and rentals here for the last 16 years.
