So we are living tight while we put the plan into motion.

The General consensus of the planning committee was that they do not like spot zoning and would prefer to have neighborhoods more uniform instead of allowing special review on a wrongfully zoned lot.

Now my property management is filing a Motion to Lift Stay Order in Bankruptcy court. 

I spend an hour preparing a motion for immediate possession and an affidavit supporting my motion.

As a follow up I am finally seeing some motion on the closing.

Worst part was, we had an alarm system, but wasn't instructed properly on how to arm the motion sensors, so the thief waltzed right past the armed alarm when he left with all our copper.  

All we are waiting for is a new trigger to set it in motion.

Look at Ring, or another motion sensor door bell.

So now he gets a notice saying someone has filed a motion to redeem the house.
