@Paul De Luca is an awesome realtor in the Chicago area that works with house hackers. 

Several house hackers will be there, including myself who know the area.

I am not a realtor but 2nd generation house hacker and my daughter is looking to do the same.

Alot of house hackers don't look at the cashflow like you would on a normal investment property.

I’m a house hacker in Beverly just north of the city.

I sent you a DM, I a here in San Diego, work with lots of agents of BP and helped out lots of house hackers as well.  

It's messy, dirty, and smells terrible, part cat, part unidentified.

@Sino U.As others have said househacking is incredible (have 3 generations of house hackers in the family)zColumbus and Cincinnati have the most active chapters of the national real estate investors association and do all of their meetings online.

This limits purchasers to house hackers significantly limiting the potential buyer.
