I'm sure they prefer to have it "included", but I can't say we get much protest when water is separate.

Since this affects such a small portion of the population, which would be mainly investors, I don't see the media covering it at all or lobby groups protesting its change. 

Have you heard about the protests against the tech, or Google commuter busses here?

oh i realized after i posted and read it this morning that i left out one important point in my last post.the plans you make before you actually have a clue - are just plain silly.mine were so silly, that everytime i think about them or find an old piece of paper with "plans" on them from about 8 months ago or so, i want to slap myself.when i started out - my intentions were so over-the-top and grandiose in scheme, that at some point, i had to just say :protest: i had to sloooowwww down - focus on information.

All the protesters had matching red shirts with ACORN printed on them.

I know a few development projects in my neighborhood have been stalled due to my neighbors protesting at the various meetings the projects required approval from.
