I've heard a tremendous amount about using promotional 0% interest business credit cards to fund buy-and-hold investment deals.

Hey guysI started to do section 8 and i have a question lately i feel section 8 no paying according to the table sheet they have online in government website, they having appraiser do comps and paying as regular long term rental maybe a bit more but not tremendously. i called them , emailed and all but that is their strategy now , so i asked why they put wrong info on website, seems like they want to lure Landlords lol ..for example https://dhantx.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/FY24-Payment-S...You can see zip code 76227 with 5 bedroom showing $4921 (less bills $500) so its $4221.but actually people getting $2800-3000 how come it is ?

My neighbor converted his garage into a bedroom with about the same square footage as mine, so I believe it will add tremendous value.

Our hospitals bring many people into the area, and we are going to see a tremendous increase in health care to take care of the 50,000 or more new residents that are projected to move here. 

Secondly, getting involved and getting around people actually doing deals that you can bounce situations off of will help tremendously as you're on this journey.

Also, places like Lakeland and Winter Haven are growing tremendously on investors' radars for people that are trying to flip or wholesale homes.

Fine to go to and you can still of course network and not buy anything, just be aware.I benefited tremendously from meetups when I was just getting started.
