. :) For some, I imagine you will have more than $200k sitting in them as "potential equity" you could sell 2, 3 or more of them and now trade them for a 6 or 10 + unit property.

If this was a publicly traded security we’d be guilty of trading on inside information, etc., but that does not apply to real property transactions.  

I want a specialist that's an expert, and not a jack of all trades and master of none.
