If you are in a blue collar neighborhood I would suggest getting a commercial license and building a drive-thru that sells liquor and tobacco products.

Probably one many share, be they criminal defense lawyers that get someone they know is guilty off the hook, or someone selling an unhealthy food product in the developing world,  or even those marketing an addictive one like tobacco.

Tobacco smoke can cause a lot of damage.

Alcohol and tobacco business have no problem with banking.

These are good because they are not as affected by wind and won't blow back in your face and also don't fill up a room with aerosol mist.Do not let our inate urge to be polite allow you to become a victim.

If I am a general partnership like you I do because my states wants to know the type of corporate business I will be conducting, if I will have employee withholdings, sales tax, liquor, tobacco, etc .

I would venture a guess though that the same restrictions against second hand tobacco smoke apply.

We are in a state that legalized Marijuana, but we do not allow it to be smoked in our units or on the premises, just as we do not allow tobacco smoking.
