It is near a university center and so is focused toward students with lots of study books and what not in the lobby.

It recently came to my attention that Upper Darby is lobbying for raising the yearly rental license fee from $86 per property per year to $135 per property per year.

Eveyone is making a big deal about this, and Ive been intimately involved in the lobbying of the law.....but if a landlord cant afford $100 for a window a/c unit, then they shouldn't own a rental property.

Lobby/garden “happy hours” on designated days, intranet portal for residents, vetted and dedicated dog walker, plant watered, some kind of delivery arrangement discount with local restaurants....Free library in lobby, zip car space in parking lot Maybe I can think of more after coffee

The moment you apply for a mortgage, that fact is sold by our trusted credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) to the entire world, so they can start spamming you with junk (one of our lobbying groups, AIME, is trying to make it illegal unless you explicitly give consent to TU, EF, and EP).
